All Sales Are Final

We want you to love your order, so please double‑check your items before checking out. While all sales are final, we’re always here to help. If something isn’t right, email us at sales@apexdiecast.ca within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to support you.

If Something’s Wrong With Your Order

To make things easy, we recommend recording a quick unboxing video when you open your package. It helps us understand what happened and speeds up the resolution.

Please reach out within 7 days if you received:

The wrong item
A package with severe shipping damage

If your box arrives badly damaged, keep the packaging and send us your video. Shipping damage claims are available only for insured shipments.

Returns (If Approved)

In rare cases, we may approve a return. If so, the item must be:

Unused
In the same condition you received it
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

A few reminders:

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
Shipping fees can’t be refunded once your order has shipped
Minor factory shelf wear (small imperfections, slightly worn corners) is normal
Unauthorized returns can’t be accepted

Delivery, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we’re unable to cover:

Stolen packages
Lost packages after delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is secure and accurate.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please send us any evidence you have (e.g., camera footage, signature issues). We can only file insurance claims when proof is provided.

If a package isn’t picked up from the post office and gets disposed of, we unfortunately can’t recover it.
